Hi there! I’m Charlotte, a food historian and food writer. I studied History and French in Amsterdam and Paris and I did a master in Food History in Tours (FR) and Brussels.

I write articles and interviews on food in the Amsterdam newspaper Parool, for which I also make a weekly recipe column. Other articles appear in Dutch Archaeology Magazine and food magazines Bouillon and Delicious.

I do research for food television, I give lectures and food tours and I’m always into doing new projects!
